Sheila is an award-winning writer/producer who has worked on several internationally renowned projects including Zion, Victim, David is Dying and the #1 Netflix series Stay Close.
In 2016, she won the Woman of the Future award in Arts & Culture for her work in film and was invited to Buckingham Palace. The following year her film Limbo was selected at various international festivals. Following her invitation to 10 Downing Street to meet the Prime Minister, 2018 saw her become an Associate Fellow of the Royal Commonwealth Society. She worked in Writer’s Rooms for two dramas being developed for Netflix and Channel 4.
In November 2020, Sheila secured an unprecedented development deal with the national broadcaster, SKY. Shortly after this announcement she was selected to join the BFI Network x BAFTA Crew 2021. She ended the year working alongside an award-winning young and sundry team, including BAFTA and Emmy award-winner Matthew Barrett and BAFTA- nominated cinematographer Miles Ridgway on I Am Mary
In 2021 Sheila produced Stay Close for RED and Netflix. Sheila developed her debut feature script with BFI, Film London and the BBC whilst in writers rooms for new TV show ‘A Town Called Malice’ with SKY and Vertigo Films. She recently produced on new superhero show Supacell for Netflix
