Georgia Cassidy

Head of Unscripted

Georgia is Osun Group’s Head of Unscripted, overseeing a diverse slate of documentary, factual entertainment, and reality projects. She joined Osun Group after spending two years as a development executive at Fagbenle’s Luti Media, contributing to various projects including the Channel Four reality show In Love & Toxic: Blue Therapy.

In 2024-2025, Georgia developed and produced White Man Walking, Osun Group’s debut feature documentary for BBC Storyville and Arte. This impactful film follows a white filmmaker’s journey across America in a Black Lives Matter t-shirt, uncovering deeply entrenched racial divides and unexpected moments of connection. Georgia managed the project from its inception to its completion, overseeing the budget and film sales, and collaborating with industry veterans such as BAFTA winner Andy Mundy-Castle and Emmy Award-winning executive Maxine Watson.

In 2024, Georgia also drove a slate of factual entertainment and reality concepts; one commissioned development conversation happily transitioned into a second series commission for Blue Therapy from Netflix.

Georgia’s unscripted slate is defined by a focus on premium, innovative and entertaining content. Narrative and structural excellence is paired with bold ideas that kick off conversation. Georgia believes the future of unscripted content is in concepts that can compete with narrative film for storytelling excellence.
